The first Vice Chairman of Iran's construction engineering organization (IRCEO) has invited  Dr javanmard, head of Comstech Inter-Islamic Network on Virtu Universities (CINVU), to attend a meeting in order to execute the recent  memorandum of understanding (MOU) and exchange  ideas for “Exporting Educational Services to OIC members” . The meeting would be hold at the central councilof IRCEOon 27/8/2013
